RATES:

ROOM AND CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST: from 79 € to 99 € per night for  1 or 2 guests (an additional cost of 10 € is charged for a one-night stay only)

STUDIO : 

- Without use of the kitchenette: from 85 € to 95 € per night for  1 or 2 guests (an additional cost of 10 € is charged for a one-night stay only) 

- Including use of the kitchenette: (Microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, sink, small portable stove): from 95 € to 105 € per night for  1 or 2 guests (an additional cost of 10 € is charged for a one-night stay only) 

DUPLEX : from 99 € to 109 € per night for  1 or 2 guests (an additional cost of 10 € is charged for a one-night stay only)

Our house is non smoking. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. This rule makes part of our booking conditions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
RESERVATIONS INCLUDE ACCEPTANCE OF OUR BOOKING CONDITIONS!
Please first check availabilities by e-mail. If you wish to confirm a reservation please then communicate us by e-mail or telephone your VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS number (+ expiry date) and your telephone number. In case you do not have a VISA/ MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS, your booking will only be confirmed after payment by bank transfer of the total amount of your reservation.

Check in: only on appointment and before 8 pm (To enable us to be home when arrive, please confirm your arrival time at least one day before )

Check out: 11am

Payment: cash upon arrival (for payments with credit card we charge 5 € extra per night).

Breakfast: weekdays 8am-10am, weekends/bank holidays 8:30am-10am. On request a self service breakfast is available. Only if requested on arrival, guests who do not wish breakfast will be refunded of 2 € per breakfast and per person.

Cancellation costs: No cost until 30 days before arrival / 30 to 15 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount is due / 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due / less than 7 days before arrival or “no show”: the total amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card. While reserving you authorize us to charge your credit card of the amount due according to our booking conditions. 

No exception to our cancellation costs will be granted. We highly recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance which also covers natural disasters, transport strikes etc.
